NIET is a private technical institute committed to providing quality diploma-level engineering education in Bangladesh. With campuses in Panthapath, Dhaka and Rupshi, Narayanganj, we are more than just an institute — we are a community of passionate educators, learners, and innovators who don't just prepare students for exams; we prepare them for life.
For over a decade, NIET has been providing high-quality diploma programs in engineering and technology, approved by the Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB). Our courses are designed to equip students with practical skills, critical thinking, and industry-ready knowledge.
In today's fast-changing world of technology and global opportunities, our mission is to nurture confident, future-ready leaders by combining a strong academic foundation with modern skills such as problem-solving, communication, and digital literacy. Our 30 academic staff serve 750 students across our two urban campuses in a fully coeducational environment.
History of NIET
Established in 2011 with the vision of providing high-quality technical education in Bangladesh, NIET has from its inception focused on combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills — ensuring students are well-prepared to meet the demands of modern industry. With campuses in Panthapath, Dhaka and Rupshi, Narayanganj, the institute has steadily grown in academic programs, student enrollment, and infrastructural facilities.
NIET Founded
The institute was established with a vision to provide high-quality technical education, starting with the Panthapath, Dhaka campus under BTEB affiliation.
Second Campus — Narayanganj
NIET expanded to Rupshi Bus Stand, Rupganj, Narayanganj, extending access to quality technical education beyond Dhaka.
